Mark Pope Announces Father/Son and Father/Daughter Basketball Camps for Summer 2025
Kentucky men’s basketball head coach Mark Pope has officially announced the return of his popular Father/Son and Father/Daughter basketball camps for the summer of 2025. The camps will be held on the University of Kentucky campus in Lexington, providing a unique opportunity for families to bond over basketball while learning from one of the top programs in college basketball.

The Father/Son Camp will take place on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Joe Craft Center and Historic Memorial Coliseum. Open to boys ages 7–17 and their fathers, the camp aims to improve basketball skills in a fun and interactive environment. The registration fee for the camp is $265 per father/son duo, with each additional son costing $125. Participants will receive expert coaching from Coach Pope and the Kentucky basketball staff, who will guide them through drills and provide valuable insights into the game.
The Father/Daughter Camp will follow on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at the same locations and times. This camp is designed for girls aged 7–17 and their fathers. Like the Father/Son camp, the Father/Daughter Camp also has a registration fee of $265 per duo and $125 for each additional daughter.
Both camps will feature high-quality instruction, with certified athletic trainers and UK basketball staff on hand to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Registration is now open, and spots are limited. Coach Pope encourages families to register online to secure their spots early.

These camps not only provide basketball training but also offer a chance to experience Kentucky’s storied basketball program firsthand. The opportunity to learn from Coach Pope and the UK staff makes these camps a must for families passionate about the game.
